Khaja Banda Nawaz Institute of Medical Sciences is one of the premier Muslim Minority Private Medical Colleges in Karnataka. It was established in the year 2000 under The Khaja Education Society. The Faculty of Medicine– Khaja Bandanawaz University previously known as Khaja Bandanawaz Institute of Medical Sciences. The College is also known as KBNIMS Gulbarga. This medical college provides 150 MBBS Seats and 38 MD MS Seats.

KBNIMS Gulbarga is affiliated with Khaja Bandanawaz University and approved by National Medical Commission (NMC).

What is the duration of MBBS rotatory internship in KBNIMS?

The MBBS-pursuing students are supposed to complete their mandatory rotatory internship in the final year of their MBBS program. During this rotatory internship, they work in various departments of the hospital and get a stipend from the hospital for the work they do during this period. Completing the internship is a mandatory part for all the MBBS pursing students. Without completing the internship, they will not receive their MBSB degree from KBNIMS.
