G.Pulla Reddy Dental College & Hospital was founded in the year 2006 with an annual intake of 50 BDS seats and 23 seats in various disciplines of Postgraduate Dental Sciences. G.Pulla Reddy Dental College & Hospital is connected with the DR. Y.S.R University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada, and is approved by the Dental Council of India.

G.Pulla Reddy Dental College & Hospital began offering MDS courses (PG Programs) in 2012 and 2013 in the Departments of Oral Medicine and Radiology, Prosthodontics and Crown and Bridge, Periodontics, Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics, and Oral Pathology and Microbiology.
