1) MBBS:

The full form of this program is the Bachelor of Medicine and the Bachelor of Surgery. This is an undergraduate-level medical program. The duration of this course is 5.5 years. The student can pursue this course right after completing his/her class 12th examination. During the first 4.5 years, the students study various medical subjects and in the last year, the students complete their mandatory internship. The eligibility criteria for the program are given below.

  • The student should have cleared his 12th class examination with minimum of 50% marks.
  • He/she should have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects in class 12th.
  • The lower age limit is 17 years on or before 31st Dec of the year of admission (born on or before 31.12.2005).
  • The aspirant should have qualified the NEET UG examination.
  • The student should have secured the 50th (40th for SC, ST and OBC candidates) percentile in NEET.
  • After clearing the exam, the student should have sat for the counselling round.

2) MD/MS:

The full form of these programs is Doctor of Medicine and Master of Surgery. These are postgraduate-level programs which can only be pursued after completing the MBBS program.
