The Round 2 seat allotment results of the MP NEET UG 2023 counselling will be announced on August 28 by DME MP. The seat allotment result will be on the basis of the choices declared by the students. The students who have been allotted seats will have to report to the medical college for document verification. The reporting deadline for round 2 MP NEET counselling 2023 round is from August 29 to September 3. Although the authorities have announced the tentative schedule for the mop-up round of MP NEET 2023 counselling. The students can do registrations for the mop-up round from 29 August to 4 September. 

MP NEET 2023 round-1 seat allotment list was announced by the authorities on August 7 in PDF format. The aspirants were able to register for MP NEET 2023 counselling round 1 from July 26. The last date to submit the application form was 31 July. During the registrations, the students were supposed to register on dme.mponline.gov.in and submit an application form to participate in the MP NEET 2023 counselling for MBBS/BDS admission under state quota seats.

It must be noted that only candidates who qualify for NEET 2023 with the minimum cut-off will be eligible to participate in the seat allotment process. MP NEET 2023 counselling starts with online registration, followed by the release of the state merit list, choice filling, seat allotment results, and reporting for document verification. A merit list is released comprising eligible candidates. They have to make choices for college and courses and lock them for seat allotment. DME will allot seats based on merit position, choice filled, availability of seats, reservation factors etc.

Admission to the state quota seats of both MBBS and BDS courses is facilitated through the counselling of MP NEET 2023. DME holds counselling for the allotment of 85% of state quota seats. A total of 37 government and private colleges will be participating in the counselling process. MP NEET counselling will be conducted in four rounds; first, second, mop-up, and college-level rounds. The mop-up round for MP NEET 2023 counselling will be organised if any seats are left vacant after the second round.
