103 Tentative Vacancies Across MBBS and BDS

The official matrix lists 103 vacant seats: 82 MBBS and 21 BDS. The category-wise totals are:

  • 71 Management seats, 13 Open seats and 7 NRI seats

  • 5 OSC seats and 5 SC Deprived seats

  • 1 Open ESM/FF seat and 1 SC Deprived ESM/FF seat

These categories cannot be swapped with each other. Before choosing a seat, confirm that you are eligible for its category.

  • MBBS: Sanskaram School of Medical Sciences, Jhajjar, has the highest number of listed seats, 27. NC Medical College, Panipat, and Maharishi Markandeshwar College of Medical Sciences and Research, Sadhopur, have 13 each.

  • BDS: Yamuna Institute of Dental Sciences lists seven seats, and PGIDS, Rohtak, has six.

The matrix also flags a pending court matter about Al-Falah Medical College’s intake enhancement. Separately, one Open-PwBD seat will stay unallotted under a court order dated 5 October, until further directions. Vacancies may change before allocation.

Eligibility, Choices and Security Deposit

If you registered in Round 1, 2 or 3 and did not get a seat, you do not need to register again. However, your earlier choices will not carry forward, so you must submit new choices for the Stray Round.

You are not eligible if you were allotted a seat in Haryana’s Round 3. You are also not eligible if you joined a seat allotted through MCC or any state counselling up to Round 3, even if you resigned later. Newly eligible candidates must register and pay the applicable security deposit.

The notice specifies these security deposit amounts:

  • ₹10,000 for candidates choosing only State Quota seats

  • ₹5,000 for Haryana SC/SCD/BCA/BCB/EWS/PwBD candidates under that option

  • ₹5 lakh if your choices include State Quota or Management seats in private medical colleges or private universities

The deposit is separate from tuition. If you join the allotted seat, it is adjusted against your first-year tuition. If you do not join, the deposit may be forfeited and you may lose eligibility for further counselling.

A separate public notice asks private institutions to follow the prescribed fees, display them and issue receipts. Before locking your choices, check your eligibility, seat category, fees and the latest official instructions.
