Patna: If you got a seat in Bihar UGMAC 2026 Round 2, today is your last chance to act. September 29, 2026 is the final date to download your provisional allotment order, complete document verification and take admission at your allotted college.
The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) released the Round 2 provisional seat allotment result on 25 September. Since then, candidates have been able to log in on the official portal and print their allotment order. That window, along with reporting for verification and admission, closes today.
Why the dates kept changing
Round 2 did not run on the first timetable. BCECEB revised the schedule more than once. The latest change came through Advertisement No. BCECEB(UGMAC)-2026/08 dated 17 September 2026. With this notice, the board added a new private medical college: Mamta Medical College and Hospital, Chintamanpur, Dharaundha, Siwan. This step followed a letter from the Health Department, Bihar (Letter No. 1292(1) dated 17 September). The board then uploaded an updated seat matrix and pushed the remaining dates forward.
After this revision, the important dates are:
- Updated seat matrix: 17 September
- Registration and editing: till 18 September
- Rank card: 20 September
- Choice filling and locking: till 21 September
- Round 2 allotment result: 25 September
- Allotment order download: 25 to 29 September
- Document verification and admission: 27 to 29 September
So today, 29 September, is the last reporting day.
What to do if you have a seat
If Round 2 has given you a college, three things matter today:
- Download your provisional seat allotment order from bceceboard.bihar.gov.in if you have not done it yet. Today is the last chance.
- Go for document verification. The notified period is 27 to 29 September. If you miss it, you can lose your seat.
- Complete the admission steps given in your allotment letter. Guidance from the board suggests that a missed deadline can lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.
Documents you should carry
Take originals along with photocopies. The usual list includes:
- NEET UG 2026 admit card and score card
- UGMAC 2026 rank card
- Application confirmation page
- Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets and certificates
- Residential certificate
- Caste or EWS certificate, if it applies to you
- PwD, NRI or minority papers, where needed
- The allotment order itself
- Aadhaar or other photo ID
- Passport-size photos
- Any check-slip the college asks for
Please do not stop at this general list. Read your allotment order and the latest BCECEB notice carefully, because some colleges or categories may ask for extra documents.
UGMAC 2026 covers MBBS, BDS, B.V.Sc. & A.H. and B.F.Sc. courses in government and private colleges of Bihar.
What happens after 29 September
Once today’s window shuts, round 2 reporting will be over. The board has not yet announced exact dates for the next round. If you did not get a seat this time, wait for an official notice instead of trusting random dates on social media. The remaining rules stay the same as in earlier UGMAC counselling notices.
