The TS PGECET application form is available online on the official website from today, March 16, 2024.  The TS PGECET application form's last date without a late fee will be May 10, 2024. Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) has released the TS PGECET 2024 exam dates on behalf of the Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE) on the official website. TS PGECET 2024 exams will be held from June 6, 2024, to June 8, 2024. Candidates seeking admission could apply only if they meet the eligibility criteria. 

For the academic year 2024-2025, the TS PGECET admission into Telangana State's universities, and affiliated engineering, pharmacy, and architecture colleges will be conducted solely through online mode, using a Computer-Based Test (CBT). The TS PGECET 2024 exam will be conducted for admission of meritorious and motivated candidates to Graduate programmes in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Pharmacy, and Planning (ME / MTech / MPharma / MArch) and Graduate level DPharma (Post Baccalaureate). The exact date of the TS PGECET 2024 application form, TS PGECET 2024 exam, TS PGECET 2024 result and TS PGECET 2024 counselling is updated here. A separate notification will be issued for GATE/GPAT Candidates for registration to have admission into ME / MTech. / MPharm. / MArch/Graduate Level Pharm.D (P.B.) (Full Time) courses.

The response sheets will be available for download on the official website immediately after the exam. The TSPGECET 2024 Rank Card will be tentatively released in June 2024. Candidates can access their results by entering their hall ticket number, registration number, and date of birth. To pass the exam, candidates need to achieve a minimum score of 30 out of 120. There is no minimum score requirement for reserved categories. Candidates who clear the exam are required to register for the counselling online at http://pgecetadm.tsche.ac.in. The counselling process will be conducted in August, September and October 2024 tentatively.

What are the eligibility requirements for the TS PGECET 2024 examination?

Here are the eligibility requirements of the TS PGECET 2024 exam, for the individuals who are planning to appear in this exam. Before participating in its registration process, the students should ensure that they meet the following eligibility requirements of the TS PGECET 2024 exam because if they do not do this, they will not be allowed to appear in the TS PGECET 2024 exam.

  • Nationality: The student should be an Indian citizen.
  • Domicile: The student should have a domicile certificate for the Telangana state.
  • Qualification: The student should have graduated in a relevant field/ discipline from any recognized university/ institute.
  • Marks: The student should have obtained/scored 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ ST students) in their qualifying exam.
  • Appearing: The students who are appearing in the final year of graduation in 2024 are allowed to appear in the TS PGECET 2024 exam.

What steps will be required while filling out the TS PGECET 2024 application form?

The students who are going to participate in the registration process for the TS PGECET 2024 exam should follow the below-mentioned steps. 

  • First, the student will go to the official website at https://pgecet.tsche.ac.in/ or by clicking on the link given above.
  • Then the student will pay the application fees of the TS PGECET 2024 exam.
  • Note down the Payment reference ID generated for further processes.
  • Once the fee payment is done, the student will register on the website.
  • Then the student will enter the details such as Payment reference ID, Qualifying Examination Hall ticket number, mobile number and date of birth.
  • After the successful registration process, the student will log into the admission portal with the help of received login credentials to fill in the TS PGECET 2024 application form.
  • Now the student will fill in all the details such as Name, Gender, Parent’s name, exam centre, Aadhaar card number, category and application number of Caste certificate, Special category, income certificate, minority status, etc.
  • In this step, the student will enter the academic details, contact details, preferred exam centre and subject stream accordingly.
  • After that, the student will upload the documents in the prescribed format.
  • After document uploading is done, the student will check the details which are filled in the TS PGECET 2024 application form.
  • At the end, the student will note down the registration ID for future purposes.
