On 19 February 2024, the results of the MICAT II 2024 exam were announced. Those who have taken this exam can check their results on the official website of the MICAT 2024 exam https://www.mica.ac.in/. 

The MICAT phase 2 exam was held on January 27, 2024. In the year 2020, Mudra Institute of Communication, Ahmedabad reduced the exam duration 2020 and since then the institute is conducting the admission test for 2 hours and 15 minutes. 

 Once the results of the MICAT 2024 exam are announced, the authority also releases the list of the names of the students who are shortlisted for the PI/GE round. The students are shortlisted for the PI/GE round based on their scores of MICAT I or II or better of the two scores.

To be eligible for GE & PI Rounds, the student will have to first clear the Psychometric test. It will assess the student's behavioural and psychological traits before the student attempts the aptitude test in the MICAT exam. Using the MICAT Psychometric Test, the institute decides whether a student is a good fit for the programme or not.

The questions in the Psychometric Test section may have two or more options true or false. Answers marked by a student in each question will help analyse the student's readability to pursue the PGDM course from MICA.

After that, your XAT/ CAT/ GMAT Scores and MICAT scores will be considered. At last, the student's scaled score will be calculated. If qualified, the student will receive a call for GE & PI Round.  MICAT 2024 Admission is based on the student's scores in  XAT/ CAT/ GMAT exams, MICAT Scores, and GE & PI Round.

What are the eligibility criteria for the MICAT 2024 examination?

To appear in the MICAT 2024 exam, the students will have to fulfil certain eligibility requirements of this exam because without fulfilling these requirements, the student can not sit in the MICAT 2024 exam. The aspirants who wish to appear in this exam can check its eligibility criteria below.

  • The student should have a Bachelor's degree, with the 10+2+3 system, or equivalent qualification from a university recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
  • The student should have a valid score on any one of the national-level management tests (CAT 2020/XAT 202/GMAT 2018 onwards) to be eligible to sit in the MICAT 2024 exam.
  • Students who are in their final year of graduation are also allowed to apply for this exam.
  • Foreign Nationals/NRIs should have a valid GMAT score (600+) taken after 2012 and a passport.

  1. First, the student will go to the official website of the MICAT 2024 exam https://www.mica.ac.in/
  2. Now the student will click on the link ‘MICAT 2024 Registration’
  3. In this step, the student will fill in details such as Applicant's name, mobile number, email address, and security code and agree to the terms & conditions.
  4. Now the student will note down the User ID and Password which he/she has received on the registered email ID/mobile number. 
  5. Then the student will log in as an “existing user” and fill out the application form
  6. After that, the student will fill in the form by providing the Personal details, postal address, education details, and experience details. Then he/she will select the test city and upload the necessary documents in the requisite format & size.
  7. After that, the student will submit the MICAT Application Form and pay the application fee for the exam.
  8. At the end, the student will take a printout of the submitted form and keep it safe for future reference.
