- The student should have a minimum education qualification of Higher Secondary (10+2) or any equivalent education with a minimum aggregate of 50% for the General Category & 45% for SC/ST/OBC. OR

- Any student with a three- or four-year diploma from a recognized university approved by AICTE with a minimum of 50% marks can apply for the GMCET 2024 exam.

What steps should the students follow while registering for the GMCET 2024 exam?

Step 1 - First, the aspirant will go to the official website of the GMCET 2024 exam- gmcet.org.
Step 2 - Now the student will register on the portal by entering details like the program applied for, name, email, mobile number, date of birth, and verification code displayed on the screen.
Step 3 - After the registration is done, the student will get an application ID and password on his/her registered email ID or mobile number.
Step 4 - Now the student will use the application number and password to log in and fill out the remaining application form with personal, educational and communication details.
Step 5 - In this step, the student will upload scanned images of all the documents required.
Step 6 - After that, the student will select the examination centres- In order of preference, select and enter the exam centres.
Step 7 - Then the student will enter the university and programme details.
Step 8 - In this step, he/she will pay the applicable fees in online mode and submit the form.
Step 9 - Once the submission is done, the student will take a printout of the form for future use.
