Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), Delhi, has extended key post-allotment deadlines for NEET UG 2026 admissions to MBBS, BHMS and BAMS for the 2026–27 academic session. The three notices, uploaded on 2 November 2026, cover the MBBS Stray Vacancy Round, BHMS Round 3 and BAMS Round 2. They give allotted candidates more time to pay the Part Academic Fee, complete document verification where applicable, download their Provisional Seat Allotment Letter and report to their institute.

Revised deadlines at a glance

  • MBBS Stray Vacancy Round (Code 103): Following the result announced on 30 October, candidates must pay the ₹96,000 Part Academic Fee and print their allotment letter by 3 November, 11 pm. Institute reporting closes on 4 November, 6 pm; candidates have been instructed to reach their college by 2 pm.

  • BHMS Round 3 (Code 154): Candidates must pay ₹60,000 by 3 November, 11 pm and complete online post-allotment document verification by 4 November, 11 pm. The allotment letter can be printed by 5 November, 11 am. Candidates must reach their institute by 11 am and complete reporting by 4 pm. The withdrawal deadline is 5 November, 11.59 pm.

  • BAMS Round 2 (Code 153): The ₹96,000 Part Academic Fee is due by 3 November, 11 pm, while online document verification must be completed by 4 November, 11 pm. Candidates can print their allotment letter by 5 November, 11 am. They should reach the institute by 11 am, with reporting closing at 4 pm. Withdrawal is permitted until 5 November, 11.59 pm.

For all three programmes, fee payment can be made through net banking, credit card or debit card. Candidates should retain their payment receipt and allotment letter, as these may be required during institute reporting.

Complete verification and reporting on time

Online post-allotment document verification applies to the BHMS and BAMS schedules. Candidates should check their counselling account regularly and respond promptly to any queries raised by the University. A missed query or a discrepancy in eligibility, category, sub-category or region documents could put the allotted seat at risk.

At physical reporting, institutes may recheck original documents and ask candidates to pay any remaining fee, where applicable. Importantly, the instructed arrival time is earlier than the final reporting deadline: MBBS candidates should reach by 2 pm on 4 November, while BHMS and BAMS candidates should arrive by 11 am on 5 November.

Rules candidates should note

The original round conditions continue to apply alongside the revised dates. Non-payment of the Part Academic Fee within the deadline may cancel a candidate’s claim to the allotted seat. The original MBBS Stray Vacancy notice does not permit withdrawal or resignation; failure to join may result in the deposited fee being forfeited. BHMS and BAMS candidates have a withdrawal option until the deadline stated above. Other eligibility requirements in the original notices also remain applicable.

There is an apparent reference-number mismatch in the BHMS extension notice: it cites an earlier Notification No. 287/2026, while the original BHMS schedule is identified as Notification No. 286/2026. Candidates should follow the latest extended timetable and consult the official portal if they need clarification about other conditions.

Official notices

Candidates should check the GGSIPU admission portal and their individual counselling accounts for updates. Completing each required step by its deadline is essential to protect an allotted seat and meet the institute’s admission requirements.
