The AYUSH Admission Counselling 2023 will happen to fill AIQ seats of UG & PG courses under Government/Government aided, National Institutes, Central Universities, and Deemed Universities of Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani & Homoeopathy streams. The AYUSH Admission Central Counselling Committee will conduct counselling for the 15% of seats under the All-India Quota for UG seats. After registration, they need to fill in their preferences for colleges and courses based on their NEET rank. The AYUSH Admission Central Counselling Committee will hold four rounds of counselling for UG & PG medical admission in 2023, which will include a mop-up round and an extra stray vacancy round if any seats are still vacant.

AYUSH counselling 2023: Eligibility Criteria

The AYUSH admission counselling 2023 eligibility criteria are outlined as follows:

  1. Educational Qualification for UG: 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as a core subject in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board.
  2. Educational Qualification for PG: Candidates must have a recognized MBBS degree or a provisional MBBS pass certificate from an accredited medical college or university.
  3. Internship: Candidates should have concluded their one-year compulsory rotating internship on or before the 31st of March in the year they are applying for AIAPGET PG.
  4. Registration: Candidates should have a valid registration certificate issued by the AYUSH Admission Central Counselling Committee for UG and AIAPGET for PG.
  5. Citizenship: NEET-UG and AIAPGET are open to Indian nationals, Overseas Citizens of India (OCI), Persons of Indian Origin (PIO), and foreign nationals.to appear for NEET-UG and AIAPGET.
  6. Minimum Qualifying Marks for UG & PG: He should have completed 12 in PCBM with English, General category. candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks in the AIAPGET exam, while reserved category candidates (SC/ST/OBC) must secure a minimum of 40% marks.
  7. Age Limit: for NEET UG, candidates must be at least 17 years old as on December 21, 2023. There is no age limit for AIAPGET.

AYUSH counselling Process 2023: Registration

To apply for AYUSH (BAMS/BUMS/MD/MS, etc.) 2023 admission, candidates need to fill out an online application form. They should make sure to submit the filled application before the last date. It's important to complete the form correctly and meet the eligibility criteria, as incomplete or incorrect applications will not be accepted.

Steps to register for AYUSH counselling process:

  1. Visit the official website of The AYUSH Admission Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) at www.aaccc.gov.in
  2. Click on 'AYUSH Counselling.'
  3. Enter the NEET UG & AIAPGET roll no., Rank, and DOB. For PG or UG separately.
  4. Register using a valid email ID and mobile number. Enter the captcha and click ‘Validate’.
  5. Make a note of your login credentials.
  6. Log in again to complete the application form.
  7. Provide your personal and academic details.
  8. Review the form before submitting it.

AYUSH counselling Process 2023: Registration fee

To complete the registration process for seat allotment, candidates are required to pay the AYUSH counselling fee. The fee consists of non-refundable components and must be paid online.

  • Private Colleges in all categories: 5000

AYUSH counselling Process 2023: Choice filling

Now, candidates need to select the course and colleges they prefer from the list provided by AACCC. Aspirants can choose options as they like. Aspirants need not forget to lock the preferences; otherwise, they will be locked automatically after the due date. Additionally, Aspirants should keep a copy of their preferences for future reference.

After candidates register online, AACCC will publish the merit list for Admission in UG and PG on their NEET UG & AIAPGET 2023 scores. Only those candidates included in this list will be allowed to take part in the counselling process for AYUSH counselling Process, 2023.

AYUSH counselling Process 2023: Counselling Process  

After the merit list is announced, selected candidates will be allowed to take part in the AYUSH, 2023 medical counselling.

·        The counselling for AYUSH UG & PG will happen online and will be conducted by AYUSH Admission Central Counselling Committee (AACCC).

·        There will be four rounds of Ayush UG & PG counselling 2023.

·        During the counselling, candidates must register and choose their preferred courses and colleges.

·        It's essential for candidates to submit their choices within the given time.

·        The Ayush UG & PG admission 2023 will depend on the availability of seats and the candidates' preferences.

·        Candidates who are allotted seats during the Ayush counselling will need to report to the respective college.

·        During reporting, candidates must pay the admission fee and submit the necessary documents.

Reporting to the Institute & Required Documents

Candidates who are allocated a seat in the Ayush counselling process, in 2023, are required to report to the allotted institute. They need to bring all their original certificates along with a self-attested copy.
