Who can take part in Round 3?

Round 3 is open to:

  • Fresh candidates who haven’t registered before (fresh registration needed).
  • Already registered candidates (generally no need to register again, but any incomplete Part 2 must be finished).
  • Candidates allotted in Round 2 but who didn’t join: the portal says you may need fresh registration, and your earlier security amount may be forfeited.
  • Candidates who joined in Round 2: you can take part for an upgrade, but you’ll still need to fill fresh choices for Round 3.

Fees: Registration vs Security Deposit

The registration/application fee, as listed on the portal, is:

  • ₹2,500 for UR/General EWS/non-domicile candidates
  • ₹1,500 for Rajasthan domicile SC/ST/ST-STA candidates
