The Shri Jayendra Saraswati Ayurvedic College & Hospital offers a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), a five-and-a-half-year program including a one-year rotating internship comprising 60 seats. It is duly recognized by the Ministry of AYUSH, the Government of India, and the Tamil Nadu Dr MGR Medical University, Chennai.

Tamil Nadu AYUSH Counselling 2024 is authorized by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research, Tamil Nadu. The Directorate of Medical Education and Research, Tamil Nadu, releases the Tamil Nadu Ayurved Admission Counseling for BAMS, BHMS & BUMS, etc (AYUSH) admissions 2024-25 with the help of the NEET Cut-off applicants get ideas of which AYUSH colleges for BAMS, BHMS, and BUMS, etc. courses to apply for based on their rank and score in the NEET UG examination.

The NEET 2024-25 Cut-off will be based on various parameters like the number of appearing candidates the number of seats the difficulty level of the examination and last year’s admission record.

The Cut-off marks will be announced to only those candidates who qualify for the NEET 2024-25 examination. Admission Seekers who will secure the highest mark will get the top rank whereas the candidates with low marks will be allotted the lowest rank.

The test-taking Agency will announce the opening and closing ranks for different Medical Colleges. The closing rank for a particular college will be based on the total number of seats in a college with the total number of candidates who appeared in NEET 2024-25 Counselling.

Choice Filling and Locking: Candidates in the state merit list can proceed with choice filling. They must log in to their registered account to access the choice-filling option. It is crucial to note that candidates who fail to fill in their preferred choices will not be considered for the seat allotment process. Additionally, they must lock their choices before the specified deadline to be eligible for the subsequent Tamil Nadu AYUSH NEET UG counselling 2024-25 stages.

Eligibility for AIAPGET to get admission at Shri Jayendra Saraswati Ayurvedic College & Hospital:

AIAPGET (All India AYUSH Postgraduate Entrance Test) is an entrance examination conducted by the National Testing Agency for admission to various postgraduate medical courses such as MD, MS, PG Diploma, etc.

The eligibility criteria for AIAPGET and PG admission are as follows:

Registration: Candidates should have a valid registration certificate issued by the Central Council of Indian Medicines (CCIM).

Citizenship: Indian nationals, Overseas Citizens of India (OCI), Persons with Indian Origin (PIO), and foreign nationals are eligible to appear for AIAPGET.

Minimum Qualifying Marks: General category candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks in the AIAPGET exam, while reserved category candidates (SC/ST/OBC) must secure a minimum of 40% marks.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a recognized BAMS/BUMS degree or provisional BAMS/BUMS pass certificate from a recognized medical college or university.

Internship: Candidates should have completed their one-year compulsory rotating internship on or before 31st March of the year in which they are appearing for AIAPGET.

Age Limit: There is no age limit for AIAPGET.
