Peoples College of Dental Sciences and Research Centre Bhopal(PCDSRC Bhopal) is one of the reputed Private Dental Colleges in Madhya Pradesh. The college was founded in the year 2002-03. The college is affiliated with the Peoples University, Bhopal, and is approved by the Dental Council of India, Govt. of India. The college was established in 2002 and covers a total land area of 6.62 acres.
The library is located on the first floor of Block “B”. It is well-ventilated and has a total area of 8500 Sq.ft. Separate sections are provided for Staff, PG Students and UG Students. There are five lecture halls. Two on the second floor and three on the third floor. The two lecture halls ( Air conditioned) on the second floor of Block B have gallery-type arrangements. Lecture halls are 1050 Sq ft. in size and can accommodate 110 students. Audio-visual aids are provided. Lecture halls are provided with a visualiser and interactive electronic whiteboard. The other three lecture halls are located on the third floor of Block A. The three lecture halls are 1245 sq ft in size. Each can accommodate 120 students. The lecture halls are provided with audio-visual aids. An air-conditioned auditorium with a wooden dais and a seating capacity of 450 is provided on the third floor of Block B. The college campus has three hostels i.e. girls, boys, and NRI hostels.
Currently, the college is equipped with 300+ Dental chairs and has a well-maintained laboratory with all the latest equipment as well. Every student has an uninterrupted working area yet is closely monitored by the faculties across every clinic's dental specialities. A good number of 200+ Outpatients report to the dental college. The Departments of Dental Surgery, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Local Anesthesia, Oral Medicine and Radiology, Conservative Dentistry and Endodontic, Pedodontics, Orthodontics and Prosthodontics operate in individual blocks provided specially for them at the hospital. It is attached with the People's College of Medical Sciences & Research Centre for clinical practice.
