The K. J. Somaiya Medical College is also known as KJSMC. It is one of the very famous private medical colleges in Maharashtra state. It was founded in the year 1991 by Padmabhushan Late Shri Karamshi Jethabhai Somaiya. This medical college is owned and managed by the Somaiya Medical Trust.
