Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences and Research is also known as HIMSR. The college was founded in 1962. The college is considered to be among the best medical colleges in India. MBBS Eligiblity criteria:

The students should fulfil the following criteria in order to get admission into the MBBS program of Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences.

  • The student should have passed his/her class 10+2 examination with a minimum of 50% marks.
  • The mandatory subjects in class 12th should be Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
  • The student should have passed the NEET UG examination.
  • After qualifying for the entrance examination, the student should have participated in the Delhi NEET UG counselling process conducted by the Faculty of Medical Sciences at Delhi University.

MBBS internship and its duration:
