Authorities have issued the detailed schedule for the second round of counselling and admission for NEET-UG 2026.The schedule provides specific dates for joining and verification of personal information, academic records, and identification documents.

Counselling (Round II) Dates:

There are two types of counselling process in round 2. The counselling window for All India Quota, Deemed, and Central Universities is from 03rd to 11th September 2026. For candidates participating in State Counselling, the process will begin from 7th to 11th September 2026. The parallel timeline facilitates an efficient state and central seat allotment process.

Counselling and Reporting Deadlines:

The deadline to join your allotted college is 18th September 2026. Candidates allocated a seat under the All-India Quota or State Quota must report to the respective institutions and fulfil admission formalities before the deadline.

Important Directions:

Institutes and colleges must treat Saturdays, Sundays, and gazette holidays as working days during the counselling period to adhere strictly to the timeline. This measure ensures the counselling process proceeds smoothly without delays caused by time constraints on weekends and holidays.

Potential Candidates:

Students must promptly produce documents and make travel arrangements at short notice. The seat will be cancelled if not joined by the deadline of 18th September.
