New Delhi, October 29: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is scheduled to process the NEET MDS Counselling 2026 Round 3 seat allotment on October 29 and 30. According to the official Round 3 timetable issued on October 19, the allotment result is expected on October 31, 2026, followed by reporting and joining from November 1 to 7.
The development is part of the previously announced counselling calendar and should not be interpreted as a fresh MCC notice issued on October 29. Candidates must also remember that a scheduled result date does not, by itself, confirm publication. The result should be treated as declared only after it appears on the official MCC portal.
Round 3 Enters Its Decisive Phase
Registration for Round 3 began on October 22 and closed at 3 pm on October 27, while the payment facility remained available until 6 pm. Choice filling concluded at 11:55 pm on October 28, alongside the choice-locking window.
With these stages complete, MCC will now consider several factors while allocating seats:
-
Candidate’s NEET MDS rank and eligibility
-
Order of locked college and speciality preferences
-
Availability of seats in the relevant institution
-
Applicable category, quota and reservation rules
-
Choices and merit positions of other candidates
Placing a college at the top of the preference list does not guarantee admission. The final allotment depends on merit, seat availability and the counselling regulations in force.
