Ranchi | 9 October 2026: The Round 3 seat allotment and provisional allotment letter download window for Jharkhand NEET UG Counselling 2026 is scheduled to open today, 9 October, and remain available until 14 October. Check your candidate login for the latest status.

The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) conducts counselling for admission to MBBS, BDS and BHMS courses. Document verification and admission at allotted institutes are scheduled for 10 to 14 October. This state-level counselling process operates independently of MCC’s All India Quota (AIQ) counselling.

Has the Jharkhand Round 3 Allotment Result Been Released?

We have not yet independently verified whether the result has been officially declared or whether the download link is currently accessible. The scheduled start date does not, by itself, confirm that the result is available. Check your candidate login and the latest official notices before assuming your allotment is ready.

A revised merit list or seat matrix is not the same as an allotment result. If the result PDF is not publicly available, log in to your registered account and verify whether your seat allotment details are displayed on the dashboard.

Jharkhand NEET UG Round 3: Important Dates

Here are the key dates for October 2026:

  • Registration and choice filling deadline: 7 October, 6 PM
  • Choice editing: 7 October, 6:01 PM to 11:59 PM
  • Seat allotment and letter download: 9 to 14 October
  • Document verification and admission: 10 to 14 October

Downloading the seat allotment letter and completing the admission formalities are two distinct stages of the process. You can complete admission only after your documents are verified and you finish the formalities required by the institute. If JCECEB issues a revised official notice, follow the updated schedule.

How to Download the Provisional Allotment Letter

When the letter appears in your account, follow these steps:

  • Open the official JCECEB NEET UG counselling portal.
  • Select Candidate Login and enter your registered login details.
  • Open the Round 3 allotment section.
  • Carefully verify your name, category, allotted college and course to ensure that all the details are accurate.
  • Download the provisional allotment letter and print a copy.

The portal’s menu names may vary. Read the reporting instructions carefully. If you notice any incorrect details, contact the counselling authority or your allotted institute before completing admission.

Documents to Keep Ready

Keep the original documents and the required photocopies ready:

  • NEET UG 2026 admit card and scorecard
  • Provisional allotment letter and counselling registration details
  • Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets and certificates
  • Jharkhand Local Resident Certificate, if applicable
  • Valid category, EWS or PwD certificate, if you are claiming that benefit
  • Government-issued photo ID and passport-size photographs

This checklist is intended solely for preparatory purposes and may not cover every document mandated by the concerned authorities. Before travelling, confirm the accepted certificate formats, validity rules and any additional requirements with your allotted college. Depending on your eligibility and admission category, the institute may also ask for extra forms or declarations.

Complete Admission by October 14

JCECEB’s instructions warn that candidates allotted a seat in Round 2 or a later round may lose their security deposit if they do not take admission. Providing incorrect information or failing to produce the required original documents may also lead to admission cancellation and loss of the deposit.

Check your college’s reporting hours and fee requirements in advance. Keep copies of your allotment letter, payment receipts and admission acknowledgement. If you have a login or document-related problem, contact the official helpdesk or your allotted institute as soon as possible rather than waiting until the final day.
