Rohtak, 16 October 2026: Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak (UHSR) has issued important updates for candidates in Haryana NEET UG Round 3 Counselling 2026. The latest notices cover physical document verification, removal of document deficiencies, reporting at the allotted institute, and the list of candidates whose verification was completed successfully on 15 October.

The key message for MBBS and BDS aspirants is simple: all pending verification work and reporting at the allotted institute must be completed by 4 PM on 16 October 2026.

Please do not rely on the earlier deadline of 17 October. The revised UHSR notice has moved the reporting and joining deadline earlier.

Last Chance for Pending Document Verification

UHSR has given a final opportunity to candidates whose physical document verification is incomplete or whose documents have deficiencies. These candidates must reach the venue before the deadline.

Revised Reporting and Joining Deadline

The revised schedule follows directions from the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. DGHS has asked states to finish Round 3 admission formalities by 16 October, and Haryana has set its own cut-off at 4 PM that day.

UHSR has also published the list of candidates who completed physical document verification successfully on 15 October. The PDF has 284 entries and shows:

  • Candidate's name

  • NEET UG roll number

  • NEET score

  • Allotted category

  • Course allotted (MBBS or BDS)

  • Allotted college

Please check your roll number, category, course and institute carefully in the official list. If your name is not on the list, it does not automatically mean your seat is cancelled. Check your verification status on the UHSR counselling portal or contact the official helpdesk right away.

Documents to Carry

If you are going for verification or to fix document deficiencies, carry your original documents along with self-attested photocopies. The important documents are:

  • Matriculation certificate (as proof of date of birth)

  • Class 12 marksheet and certificate

  • NEET UG 2026 result card

  • Haryana domicile/residence certificate, where applicable

  • Provisional allotment letter

  • Proof of payment of the provisional tuition fees

  • Counselling application form

  • Valid photo identity proof

  • Category, EWS, PwBD, ESM, FF or NRI certificates, wherever applicable

  • It is a good idea to carry at least two sets of photocopies to avoid last-minute trouble.
