Where things stand today (Oct 6)

Who could take part in Round 3?
GGSIPU has clearly listed who was eligible. Round-3 was mainly for:
- Candidates who registered earlier and filled choices but got no seat in Round 1/2
- Candidates whose reserved-category claim failed because of invalid/insufficient certificates and was converted to General category (as applicable)
- Candidates who got a seat earlier, reported to the institute, and chose FLOAT for an upgrade
Who was not eligible?
Round-3 was not open to everyone. These candidates could not take part:
- Candidates who never registered for GGSIPU counselling
- Registered candidates who did not fill choices
- Candidates who got a seat but did not pay the Part Academic Fee
- Candidates who chose FREEZE
- Candidates who paid the fee but did not report to the allotted institute
- Candidates who withdrew their Round 1/2 seat
Application Fee vs Admission Fee: Don't Mix Them Up
- ₹2,500 (non-refundable) was the counselling/application registration fee
- This is different from the Part Academic Fee, which is paid after a seat is allotted (as applicable in earlier rounds)
Documents and the Delhi Region Rule (MBBS)
During the correction/upload window, candidates had to upload:
- Educational documents
- Category/sub-category certificates (if applicable)
- NEET UG 2026 scorecard
Delhi Region/Quota rule: Candidates claiming Delhi region had to meet the qualifying exam condition. The notice specifically asks for Class 11 + Class 12 marksheets in a single PDF for Delhi-region eligibility (where applicable).
Which colleges come under GGSIPU MBBS (Code 103)?
Based on official counselling/cut-off material, MBBS seats under Code-103 usually include:
- Army College of Medical Sciences (ACMS), Delhi Cantt
- Dr. BSA Hospital Medical College, Rohini
- NDMC Medical College at Hindu Rao Hospital
Note: Not every Delhi medical college gets its students through GGSIPU's MBBS counselling. Some institutions follow other counselling systems.
What happens after the result?
