Updated: 9 October 2026 | If you are taking part in Bihar NEET UG Counselling 2026 (UGMAC), today is an important day for Round 3. Under the schedule already issued by BCECEB, you must complete choice filling, editing and locking by 11:59 PM tonight, 9 October.

The Round 3 rank card link for UGMAC 2026 is now available on the official BCECEB portal. Eligible candidates can log in to download their rank card.

Has a New Notice Been Issued Today?

A separate Round 3 notice dated 9 October 2026 is not listed on the UGMAC notice board. BCECEB had issued corrigenda (corrections) on 2 and 3 October. The corrigendum issued on 3 October primarily rectified a typographical error in the headings of the counselling fee and security deposit table.

What Should Candidates Do Today?

There are two important updates today:

• The Round 3 rank card is available on the official website.
• The deadline for all choice-related actions is tonight at 11:59 PM.

Round 3 Schedule: Key Dates to Remember

The Round 3 notice issued on 30 September 2026 gives the following dates:

• Round 3 rank card (scheduled release): 8 October 2026
• Last date for choice filling, editing and locking: 9 October 2026, 11:59 PM
• Provisional seat allotment result: 14 October 2026
• Allotment order download: 14 to 17 October 2026
• Document verification and admission: 16 to 17 October 2026

Keep these two deadlines separate:

• Registration/application editing closed on 6 October.
• Choice filling, editing and locking closes today, 9 October.

How to Download the UGMAC Round 3 Rank Card

To download your Round 3 rank card, visit the official BCECEB portal. You will generally need:

• UGMAC ID
• Date of birth (DOB)

Once downloaded, check your name, UGMAC ID and rank details. Save a copy of the PDF for reference.

Remember, the rank card is not the seat allotment result. The seat you receive will depend on your merit and the choices you submit. The provisional seat allotment result is scheduled for 14 October.

Choice Filling, Editing and Locking: What’s the Difference?

• Choice filling: Select the colleges and courses you prefer, arranging them in your priority order.
• Choice editing: Change, remove or rearrange the preferences you have already entered.
• Choice locking: Submit your final list of preferences. It is best to lock your choices yourself rather than relying on auto-lock.

Checklist for Today

Before the portal closes tonight, make sure you have:

• Downloaded and checked your Round 3 rank card
• Checked the latest seat matrix before finalising your preferences
• Placed colleges and courses in the order you actually prefer
• Saved and locked your choices, and kept proof: the locked choice slip, confirmation page and fee receipt, if applicable.
