The last date for reporting is 14 October 2026, up to 6 PM. So do not wait for the last day. Contact your allotted college as early as possible and keep all the required documents ready.

Where and How to Check the MP NEET UG Mop-Up Allotment Result
Check your allotment on the official DME MPOnline portal. The Mop-Up Round Allotment List (Provisional) dated 10 October 2026 is available in the Latest Instructions or Allotment List section. You can also log in to the Candidate Corner with your NEET UG 2026 roll number and password to download your allotment letter.
- Go to the official DME MPOnline portal.
- In the Latest Instructions or Allotment List section, open the Mop-Up Round Allotment List (Provisional) dated 10 October 2026.
- Search for your NEET UG roll number in the PDF.
- Check the allotted course, college and category carefully.
- Also check the “Status” and “Need to Report at Allotted College” columns. If needed, log in to the Candidate Corner and download your allotment letter.
The official PDF is titled Mop-Up Round Allotment List (Provisional) and carries the date 10.10.2026. It has columns such as NEET roll number, rank, allotment details from earlier rounds, current allotment and whether the candidate needs to report at the college. View the official Mop-Up Allotment List PDF here.
Statuses You Will See in the Allotment List
The PDF shows statuses such as Fresh Allotted, Upgraded from First Round, Upgraded from Second Round and Not Upgraded. For some candidates, the status of no allotment is also recorded. So do not decide your status only by finding your name in the PDF. Also check the allotted college and reporting instructions in your records.
- Fresh allotment: If you have got a new college, complete the admission process there as per the reporting instructions.
- Upgradation: If you have got a new college in place of the one allotted earlier, check whether you need to report as per the new allotment.
- Not Upgraded / Not Allotted: Decide your next step based on your current admission or allotment status. Do not give up your old college seat without understanding your status.

How Will the Admission Be Completed After Reporting?
Getting an allotment, or just downloading the allotment letter, does not mean your admission is complete. You must complete the prescribed process at the college:
- Match the college and course given in your allotment letter.
- Reach the allotted college in person before the 14 October deadline.
- Get your original documents checked (document verification).
- Get the details of the admission fee applicable to your college and course from an official source, and pay it in the prescribed manner.
- Collect the admission receipt or written confirmation and keep a copy safe.
If you got a seat in an earlier round and have been upgraded in the Mop-Up Round, report as per your new allotment status. If your status is not clear in the allotment list, confirm it with the college or the counselling authority.
Will There Be a Chance to Report After 14 October?
As per the available schedule, reporting will be from 11 to 14 October, up to 6 PM. Unless an official extension notice is issued, do not expect the deadline to be extended. Keep checking the official DME MPOnline website regularly for any new schedule, admission instructions or other changes.
Disqualification List Linked to All India Counselling
The DME MPOnline has also published a separate list on 10 October. As per its title, candidates whose names appear in the admitted list of All India Counselling have been declared disqualified for the Mop-Up and later rounds of MP State UG Counselling.
This means that candidates whose counselling records show a status linked to AIQ admission should check their status and the eligibility rules carefully. If you notice any mismatch or contradiction between your allotment and eligibility, do not rely only on normal online reporting. Please confirm with the counselling authority.
Also, after the Mop-Up Round begins, rules on the seat-leaving bond may apply if you resign your seat. If you are thinking of leaving your admission, read the rule book and the latest DME notices first, and then decide.
