The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has started registration for the Online Stray Vacancy Round (Round 4) of NEET UG Counselling 2026.

The MCC homepage still shows a general “Round 1 registration” banner by mistake. Please note that Round 3 has officially ended, and the round now open is only the Stray Vacancy Round. Candidates looking for admission to All India Quota (AIQ), Central Institutions, Deemed Universities, AIIMS and B.Sc Nursing seats should act quickly to get a chance at the remaining seats.

  • You must register again: Candidates have to register afresh and fill in new college choices. Your earlier choices are no longer valid.
  • Who cannot take part: Candidates who are currently holding a seat from an earlier round, or who were allotted a seat in Round 3 but did not report (as per the non-reported list published on 11 October), are not allowed to participate.
  • Checks on the data: Names that appear in State Quota joined lists are removed, to prevent seat blocking.
