Schedule update: October 11, 2026

As per the September 24 counselling schedule released by UHS Rohtak, the provisional seat allotment for Haryana NEET UG Counselling 2026 Round 3 will be announced on October 12. If you are seeking MBBS or BDS admission, your focus now should be on allotment, fee payment and reporting deadlines.

Fresh registration, editing of details, choice filling and choice locking ended on October 10 at 11:59 pm. This update follows the existing counselling timeline. It is not a new Round 3 notice dated October 11.

What Happens on October 12?

According to the schedule, October 12 is the day for provisional allocation, grievances, and publication of the final allocation list after grievances are resolved. Log in to the official counselling portal to see the instructions.

The schedule does not give a separate grievance deadline. Follow the instructions on the portal and confirm your final allocation. Do not treat a provisional allotment as confirmed admission.

Round 3: Important Dates

  • Provisional allocation, grievances and final allocation: October 12
  • Tuition fee payment: October 12–14, until 11 pm on October 14
  • Physical document verification: October 15–16, from 9 am
  • Admission letter download: October 15–17, after successful verification
  • College joining deadline: October 17, by 4 pm

647 Tentative MBBS and BDS Vacancies

The October 3 tentative seat matrix lists:

  • MBBS: 499 seats
  • BDS: 148 seats
  • Total: 647 tentative vacancies

These numbers may change before the final allocation. The seat you can get depends on your eligibility, category, quota and the counselling rules that apply to you.

The matrix also mentions 50 additional MBBS seats at Maharishi Markendeshwar College of Medical Sciences and Research, Sadhopur, Ambala. These admissions were allowed under an interim court order. The increase from 150 to 200 seats depends on the final decision in CWP No. 30532 of 2025.

Document Verification: What to Carry

If you are allotted a seat and have paid the required tuition fee, you must attend verification in person at Sushruta Auditorium, Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak.

Carry original documents and one set of photocopies, including:

  • NEET UG 2026 scorecard and admit card
  • Class 10 certificate, photo ID and three passport-size photographs
  • Counselling application printout and tuition fee receipt
  • Residence, category and other supporting certificates, as applicable

Check the full official checklist before you travel, as requirements differ by category. Personal attendance and original documents are mandatory.

Important Reminders for Candidates

  • The security deposit is separate from the provisional tuition fee. Pay the tuition fee through the admission portal and keep the receipt.

  • Choices from Round 1 and Round 2 were not valid for Round 3. Candidates had to submit fresh preferences within the given window, as earlier choices did not carry forward automatically.

  • Candidates who already had a seat also had to submit their willingness or upgrade option online. If you get your preferred seat in Round 3 but do not report for admission, you may lose your security deposit and be debarred from the stray round. Check the applicable rules before taking any further decision.

  • Check the official portal regularly for amended guidelines and announcements. Remember, allotment alone does not complete your admission. You must also pay the fee, complete verification, download the admission letter and join the college within the scheduled deadlines.
