Raipur, 11 October 2026: The Commissionerate of Medical Education (CGDME), Chhattisgarh, has released the Revised Provisional Allotment List for Round 3 (Mop-Up Round) of NEET UG 2026 counselling. As per the official notice dated 10 October 2026, candidates who have got MBBS or BDS seats must now complete document scrutiny and admission within a strict time limit.
Seeing your name on the list is only the first step. Your admission is final only after you complete the offline verification on time. Here is what you need to know about the next steps.
Important Dates for Round 3 Admission
CGDME has given exact dates and times for the admission process. Please note that holidays will be treated as working days during this period.
- Allotment List Released: 10 October 2026
- Scrutiny Process Starts: 12 October 2026 (10:00 AM)
- Last Date for Document Scrutiny: 15 October 2026 (4:00 PM)
- Last Date for Admission: 15 October 2026 (5:00 PM)
The two deadlines are different. Document verification must be done by 4 PM, and the final admission formalities at the college must be completed by 5 PM on the same day.
Where Should You Report?
All candidates do not report to the same place. Your scrutiny centre depends on the type of college you have been allotted.
- Government Medical/Dental Colleges: Report directly to your allotted college for verification and admission.
- Private Medical Colleges: Report to the Teacher Training Institute Building, Pt. Deendayal Upadhyaya Memorial Health Sciences & AYUSH University, Upwara, Nava Raipur. This applies to colleges such as RIMS Raipur, Shri Balaji Institute and others named in the notice.
- Private Dental Colleges: Report to the Government Dental College, Raipur.
Documents You Need and How the Process Works
Counselling is being held in physical/offline mode. You must go in person with your original documents and self-attested copies. The exact checklist may differ slightly from college to college, but you should generally carry your NEET scorecard, admit card, Class 10 and 12 certificates, MBBS/BDS allotment letter, domicile certificate and category certificate (if applicable).
Also check the "Remark" column in the allotment list carefully. Some entries may show a retained seat instead of a fresh allotment.
Warning: What Happens If You Do Not Report
CGDME's notice gives a strict warning. If you do not appear for document scrutiny within the given time, you will be automatically excluded from the counselling process for the current academic session. Also, if you do not take admission after being allotted a seat, you may lose your registration amount and be disqualified from future rounds.
